INSTALLATION

INSTRUCTIONS

Horizontal bullet line punching → Install support components →

Apply 3m adhesive tape → Install aluminum fasteners →

Wall panel groove insertion initial aluminum fasteners and supporting aluminum fasteners →

Insert aluminum fasteners vertically into the wall panel and fix them up and down →

Install finished skirting board

INSTALLATION

CONDITION

1. Grassroots requirements

Wall flatness: The base wall surface needs to be flat, with a flatness error of ≤ 3mm/2m, to ensure the stable installation of the keel dry hanging system

Structural strength: The base wall should have sufficient bearing capacity, the concrete wall strength should be ≥ C20, and the lightweight partition wall needs special reinforcement treatment

2. Environmental conditions

Temperature range: 5 ℃~40 ℃ (for temperatures below 5 ℃, special low-temperature fasteners are required)

Ventilation requirements: The installation area should be kept ventilated to avoid the accumulation of adhesive volatiles

Lighting conditions: Avoid direct sunlight on the work surface (SPC decorative pre installed protective film)

4. Installation specifications

Joint treatment: Reserve 3-5mm expansion joints between boards and fill them with specialized elastic rubber strips

Fixed requirement: no less than 8 dedicated anchors per square meter, with encrypted edges

5. Storage and transportation

Board storage: horizontally placed in a dry environment, with a stack height of ≤ 1.2m and SPC facing upwards

Handling requirements: Vertical transportation, avoiding bending, and the decorative surface needs to be fully covered with protective film

Note: The entire process is dry operated, and the joint closure can be carried out immediately after installation without a maintenance period. Before large-scale construction, it is necessary to conduct a sample wall inspection.
