Basic conditions

The construction ground should be flat and sturdy, with a horizontal deviation of no more than 3mm/m, to ensure that the partition wall is installed vertically and stably.

Environmental parameters

The construction environment temperature should be maintained within the range of 5 ℃~40 ℃ to avoid extreme high or low temperature operations.

Space requirements

1. The construction area needs to be clean and dry, with no accumulated water, oil stains or other pollutants;

2. Reserve sufficient operating space (recommended ≥ 800mm) for modular assembly and adjustment.

Special restrictions

If it involves fire doors or pre embedded pipelines, it is necessary to coordinate with relevant professional teams in advance to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.

Storage and Handling

1. When storing materials, they should be protected from rain and direct sunlight, and the stacking height should not exceed 1.5m to prevent deformation;

2. Handle with care during transportation to avoid scratches on the decorative layer (SPC) or damage to the edges and corners of the board.

Tip: The entire construction process adopts dry operation, without the need for wet operation, reducing on-site pollution and improving efficiency.
