1. Basic requirements
Ground flatness: The base ground needs to be leveled with a horizontal error of ≤ 3mm/m ² to ensure the sealing of the waterproof chassis
Structural load-bearing capacity: The floor load must be ≥ 150kg/m ² (including equipment and usage loads)
Pipeline pre embedding: The water supply and drainage points should be pre embedded in place according to the design drawings, and the reserved interface elevation error should be ≤ 5mm
2. Environmental conditions
Temperature range: 5 ℃~40 ℃ (low-temperature environment requires the use of low-temperature curing sealant)
Ventilation requirements: Ventilation should be maintained during installation to avoid the accumulation of volatile adhesive gases
3. Space requirements
Installation channel: A handling channel with a width of ≥ 800mm and a floor height of ≥ 2.4m should be reserved
Cleaning of work surface: The base layer is free of dust, oil stains, and accumulated water, and the moisture content of the concrete base layer is ≤ 8%
4. Special Restrictions
Waterproof test: After installation, a 24-hour closed water test (water level ≥ 20mm) is required
Maintenance reservation: Pipe well maintenance port size ≥ 400mm × 400mm
5. Storage and Handling
Stacking of boards: placed horizontally, with a stacking height of ≤ 1.2m, to avoid deformation of SPC veneer under pressure
Waterproof chassis transportation: upright handling, no dragging causing damage to the polyurethane coating
Note: The entire process of dry construction does not require a maintenance period, and the finishing treatment can be carried out immediately after installation.
