Foreword: From April 9 to 11, 2026, the Jiangsu International Green & Low-Carbon Building Expo was held at the Nanjing International Expo Center. Under the theme of “Technology Innovation Empowers High-Quality Urban-Rural Development”, more than 300 well-known enterprises from home and abroad participated in the exhibition, focusing on displaying new technologies, new products and innovative practices in green and low-carbon construction, intelligent construction, urban renewal, high-quality housing and other fields. As an innovative enterprise in the field of green and low-carbon building fireproof new materials, ABA attended the exhibition, practicing the concept of “technology empowerment” through green building material innovation and supporting the high-quality development of the construction industry.

At the exhibition, ABA showcased its green building solutions with two core product lines: modular partition walls and integrated finished air ducts. The booth attracted numerous professional visitors for in-depth exchanges, and many enterprise representatives expressed intentions for cooperation on-site.
ABA’s technical team demonstrated the rapid assembly of modular partition walls and explained the convenient installation process of integrated finished air ducts with samples. This directly presented the remarkable advantages of modular products in construction efficiency and convenience, embodying the green value of modular buildings: time-saving, labor-saving, and less construction waste.

Self-developed THE CORAL® BoardIndependently developed inorganic non-metallic material, free of formaldehyde emission, with smoke toxicity rated as safety level AQ1. Produced under normal temperature and pressure, the material reduces energy consumption by more than 80%, achieving low-carbon manufacturing.
Prefabricated ConstructionAdopting the dry construction mode of factory prefabrication and on-site assembly, it shortens the construction period by more than 50% compared with traditional wet construction, and significantly reduces dust and construction waste on site.
RecyclingDetachability and recyclability are integrated into the initial product design. The recycling rate of partitions, fire-resistant steel walls and other products can exceed 70%.
Both the modular partitions and integrated finished air ducts exhibited this time take THE CORAL® Board as the core material, combining strong fireproof performance with green environmental protection.
Modular Partition WallCentered on lightweight THE CORAL® Board and high-strength keel system, it features a fire resistance rating of 90–120 minutes, sound insulation of 35–55 dB, and a recycling rate of over 70%, integrating fireproofing, sound insulation and environmental protection. All-dry operation with no on-site secondary processing required.
This system has been applied in numerous projects including Hong Kong Disneyland, Hong Kong Simple Public Housing, Guangzhou Yuexiu Hongqiao Xiaoshiji, Shenzhen Pingshan New Energy Vehicle Industrial Park, and Dongguan Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital.
Integrated Finished Air DuctMade of THE CORAL® Board as the base material, it has passed A1-class non-combustible testing, with fire resistance ranging from 0.5 to 3 hours, thermal conductivity of approximately 0.16 W/(m·K), flexural strength of no less than 18.6 MPa, and free chloride ion content of less than 0.1%, realizing high integration of fire performance, structural strength and environmental protection.
Adopting factory prefabrication and on-site assembly, it has been implemented in projects such as Shenzhen Airport, GAC New Energy Factory, and South China Normal University (Shanwei Campus).
