In order to promote the green and low-carbon transformation of the city's construction sector, this work program is formulated in accordance with the Notice of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the National Development and Reform Commission on the Issuance of the Implementation Plan for Peak Carbon in the Field of Urban and Rural Construction (Jianbiao 〔2022〕 No. 53), and the Notice of the Beijing Municipal People's Government on the Issuance of the (Jingzhengfa 〔2022〕 No. 31).


I. General ideas

(一)General requirements
Guided by Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, comprehensively implement the spirit of the 20th Party Congress, thoroughly implement Xi Jinping's Thought on Ecological Civilization and the spirit of a series of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches to Beijing, and, based on the new stage of development, completely, accurately, and comprehensively carry out the new development concept, and integrate into the new development pattern. 4. Promoting regional demonstration. 7.Increase the proportion of green power application.
